February is the time for Comfort Foods.

Valentine’s Dinners:

Chocolate is one of my favourite comfort foods. Laurie Thompson from Chelsea Chocolates is visiting the Cookbook Club this month to talk about chocolate making and to sample some chocolates. We can’t wait for her visit. Her chocolate frogs are delicious!

Do you have a favourite chocolate tea or chocolate that you indulge in over Valentines? I often get chocolates from the Lemon Tree Bakery.
