To celebrate the Holidays I borrowed a drinks cookbook, Cocktails Galore from the library and made a Chocolate Ginger Swirl. The recipes ingredients tantalized the taste buds with a delicious mix of stem ginger, dates, silken tofu, bittersweet chocolate and soy milk.
I made my own stem ginger from this recipe as I didn’t have any at home.
Stem Ginger: 1/2 cup water & 1/2 cup ginger, fresh ginger cut into 1″ cubes:
