Marcella Hazan passed away this week. I decided to make her Tomato and Basil Garlic pasta sauce from The Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking.
This was so delicious and simple. This recipe would be perfect for the November Cookbook Club theme: quick recipes!
Subsitutes & additions:
- coconut oil for olive oil
- I added 2 tsps. of cumin
